Mail Order Form

You asked for it and you got it.

For all of you that don't have a Pay Pal account you can now mail order.

1. Right click your mouse on the form bellow and select "Save Picture As"

Select a File to Save Form in.

2. Go to file and print saved form (ORDER-form650X800)

3.Fill in form.

4. Mail with apporiate funds. Orders paid with checks will be held until funds clear.
